On June 11th, the day before the 2025 Florida Truck Driving Championships begin, the Herman Fauss Scholarship Golf Tournament will take place. This fundraising event supports scholarships for children and grandchildren of commercial vehicle drivers employed by FTA Carrier Member companies. Join us to help these deserving students achieve their educational goals while enjoying a day on the course. It’s fore a good cause!

HERMAN FAUSS SCHOLARSHIP
The Herman Fauss Scholarship was established by the FTA Safety Management Council to recognize and reward outstanding high school academic performance and overall involvement in community affairs by children and grandchildren of commercial vehicle drivers in Florida.
Since 2006 more than $70,000 has been given to deserving students.
Eligible graduating high school seniors are the child or grandchild of a full-time commercial vehicle driver: employed for at least one year from this application date by a current, dues-paying member of Florida Trucking Association, and dispatched from a Florida terminal.
